Now for your own personal Marine Collagen Product Experience:
You definitely will want to take before pictures so you can track your progress and put the product to the test! The below image will give you the details on how to do them properly. I recommend taking more photos than you think because once you begin consuming the collagen you will want to be able to look back and really see your progress. Make sure to take photos of the following areas: front facing, each side your face, hairline, stretch marks, eyelashes, nails, hands, neck and chest - think anywhere with excessive sun exposure, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, etc. People are seeing reduction of sunspots, bags under eyes, age spots, drooping skin, uneven skin tone, growth of eyelashes, hair and nails. Mental note how your joints feel, you may feel a difference in them as well! :)
Take 1 dose in the morning, and for even better results, take another dose before bed! Just twist the cap off and sip! No need to mix with anything, it's like a single shot of juice. You can store unopened in the fridge or in the pantry.
